Irene started her career as an admin staff in a local non-profit-making organisation from 1992 to 2002. She then moved on to Singapore Recreation Club (SRC) in 2007 as Executive Secretary to the General Manager until 2012 to start Ascent Events Management Group Pte Ltd (formerly Ascent Secretarial & Consultancy Pte Ltd). Always up and about, Irene now helms the reign of Managing Director for Ascent Group Singapore, which oversees operations of Ascent Secretarial Consultancy, Ascent Events Management, and SeatAdvisor Pte Ltd.
