The goal of the 3-day Art of Happiness workshop is to give you the skills, support, and training to continue using these powerful breathing techniques once you get home. Kai is the first locally born Singaporean to successfully climb Mount Everest in 2005. His passion for the outdoor sparked a deep interest in fitness training as he explores different fitness training programs to improve his fitness level. 

He thought that he could never be fitter than he was during his Everest Climbing days in 2005 until Fatburn Extreme proved him wrong. He is currently the Master Trainer for Fatburn Extreme and Gamefit in Singapore. Kai is also the co-founder of 1Fiesta – a fitness company in Singapore which currently has 3 outlets. Other group fitness programs that Kai teaches are Zumba Fitness, Zumba Toning, Strong by Zumba, Piloxing and FightDo.



Gerald has been a Zumba Instructor since Jan 2011 and was handpicked by the Zumba Home office in USA to be the Zumba® Jammer of Singapore.

The co-founder of 1Fiesta, he teaches his daily classes across 1Fiesta Studios. Being a Zumba® Jammer, Gerald has conducted SOLD OUT monthly workshops (ZIN™ Jam Session) both locally and globally to all ZIN Members. He is also a part of the Team in the Asian Invasion session in the renown Zumba Instructor Convention since 2015.
