Course Title: Nirvana Fitness

Duration: 30-minute session

Welcome to a class that both centers and experience the Nirvana mind. In this class, we will take you though Pilates, yoga and rhythmic breathing to detox the body. 

Incorporates breath connection, swing & shake & spiral warm up followed by breath activation and it is conducted with complete Nirvana relax and Final nirvana experience, just breathing to music and listening to affirmations in a smooth background music.

Course Title: Flow

Duration: 30-minute session

FLOW your way to a refreshing power nap - FLOW is basically design to get people to connect with their mind and body such that they are at ease and not stressing all the time. 

Incorporates breathing techniques to set the mood and cut off from outward thoughts, having a one Mindset Ritual from the 7 Mindset, balance and stretching movements and a guided meditation for the day session ends with a deep relaxation of power nap.

Do join Meera Nair to enter the flow state at the same time assuring proper oxygenation.

Course Title: Body Art

Duration: 30-minute session

One of the newest fun fitness disciplines to hit our shores!

Our Body Art class is headed by instructor Veronica Shen.

Body ART is a holistic, functional, mind and body workout which  combines your strength, flexibility, cardio and breathing in an energizing barefoot workout.

Challenge yourself with this workout to improve your cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and strength. 

Trainer information

  • 12 years as a ballet teacher in the  Royal academy of Dance 

  • 3 years' experience as a classical bodyArt, BodyArt stretch, BodyArt dynamic and BodyArt flow trainer.

  • 10 years as a Jazz and Ballet teacher at the Australian Teachers of dance
